Store Assistant Managers 

Assist the Store Manager with daily store activities and oversee the store operation in the absence of the Store Manager. The Store Assistant Manager provides top quality service and assistance to customers; coaches store employees and works with the Store Manager to maintain a safe, cost-effective and profitable store.

 

Sales Associates 

Provide top quality, fast and friendly customer service; operate registers to scan, itemize and total customer purchases; account for all cash and inventories during shift; clean service areas and stock merchandise in accordance with the Company policies, procedures and standards.

 

Store Managers 

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a convenience store that generally includes gasoline or diesel fuel facilities and may include food service, car wash, travel stop or other amenities. This position may also oversee the operation of 1 or 2 additional stores. The Store Manager is in charge of the store and is responsible for the store’s sales, profitability, expense control, inventory, customer service, safety and store condition. Emphasis is placed on customer service, supervision of staff and operating within the scope of Company policies and standards and applicable laws.
